East FB Private Media Day

Tentative Date: July 26th starting around 6pm at Burke-Toney Stadium.

This year’s East Football Media Day will be offered as an optional, private experience for athletes who would like individual media-day photos.

Unlike a traditional high-volume team picture day, each registered athlete will receive more dedicated time, personalized posing, additional variety, and a larger collection of finished images.

Session Price

$150 per athlete

The session includes:

  • Individual media-day photography

  • Personalized posing and direction

  • Multiple poses and photo variations

  • Professionally edited digital images

  • A private online gallery

  • High-resolution downloads for personal use and sharing

The number of poses and setups completed may vary depending on the available time and the flow of media day.

Registration Information

Please complete the form below for each athlete participating.

Payment

Payment may be submitted through Venmo after completing this registration form.

Session Fee: $150

Please include the athlete’s first and last name in the Venmo payment description so the payment can be matched with the correct registration.

Registration is not considered complete until the registration form has been submitted and payment has been received.

Payment must be made before media day or no later than the beginning of the athlete’s session.

Photos will not be delivered until payment has been received and successfully cleared.

Important Information

  • Advance registration is required.

  • This is an optional individual photography experience.

  • Athletes who are not registered will not receive an individual private media-day session.

  • Media-day timing may require sessions to move quickly.

  • Final image selections, editing style, poses, and delivered images are determined by NRK Photo.

  • Digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery.

  • Session fees are non-refundable once the athlete has been photographed.
